Using 28Arena

28Arena is free to play. There is no wagering, no currency, no prize pool, and nothing purchasable that affects a match. If that ever changes, it will change with notice and not quietly.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on it, so keep your credentials to yourself. Accounts are not transferable and cannot be sold.

Fair play

Do not:

• Use software to play for you, or to see information the game has not sent you.
• Coordinate with another player against the opponents at your table. Colluding in a rated match is the one thing that makes a ladder meaningless.
• Deliberately lose, abandon rated matches, or use disconnection as a tactic.
• Operate more than one account, or play on somebody else’s.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players.

We may reset a rating, void a result, or close an account that does any of this. Ratings and results are computed by the server and are final.

Content you provide

Your username, display name, bio, avatar and club names must not be offensive, impersonate somebody, or advertise. We may change or remove any of them.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or that a match will never be interrupted — although a dropped connection holds your seat, and a match that cannot finish is not rated.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
